Roasted Turkey with Red Cabbage

  1. 1Cut half of cabbage in regular size and the other half finely. Slice ginger finely.
  2. 2Cook regularly-cut cabbage with olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
  3. 3Line the finely-cut cabbage in a greased roast pan. Put turkey breast on top, skin side up, and season as desired. Roast for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 425°F.
  4. 4Scatter the sautéed cabbage around the turkey breast and roast for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5Sprinkle with sesame oil and green onions then serve.
