- 1Soak the dates and apricots for 15 minutes. Drain.
- 2Combine the dates, apricots, mashed banana, grated carrots, yogurt, and egg.
- 3Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
- 4Put the mixture in muffin mold. Distribute evenly.
- 5Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
