Directions

  1. 1Soak the dates and apricots for 15 minutes. Drain.
  2. 2Combine the dates, apricots, mashed banana, grated carrots, yogurt, and egg.
  3. 3Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
  4. 4Put the mixture in muffin mold. Distribute evenly.
  5. 5Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
