  1. 1In small mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
  2. 2Place steak in plastic bag and pour in marinade.
  3. 3Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning bag over once during that time.
  4. 4When ready to serve, pre-heat broiler or grill.
  5. 5Discard marinade and bay leaf. Broil (or grill over med-high heat) for about 5 minutes per side (center reaches 145 °F (60 °C) for medium rare).
  6. 6If meat is more than 1" thick, grill for about 6-7 minutes per side.
  7. 7Cut meat into thin, diagonal slice across grain. Serve warm or cold.
