Ingredients
- 1 tsp sea saltNutrition

- 3 1/2 cups kidney beansNutrition
- 3 cups mushrooms, slicedNutrition

- 21 oz ground beefNutrition

Directions
- 1Brown ground beef and drain fat.
- 2Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Stir to mix ingredients.
- 3Cook at high for 1 hour and turn down too low for 3 hours.
