  1. 1Mix luke-warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. 2Add oil, then all dry ingredients. Mix until very slightly sticky and it pulls away from the bowl.
  3. 3Let rise until double in size, about an hour.
  4. 4Punch down dough and put into 2 greased 9" bread pans. Let rise again until 1-2" above pan.
  5. 5Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 20 to 35 minutes (35 for glass pans). Bread is done when golden brown and sounds hollow when knocked on.
  6. 6Pull from pans and let cool on cooling rack.
