Directions
- 1Mix luke-warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- 2Add oil, then all dry ingredients. Mix until very slightly sticky and it pulls away from the bowl.
- 3Let rise until double in size, about an hour.
- 4Punch down dough and put into 2 greased 9" bread pans. Let rise again until 1-2" above pan.
- 5Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 20 to 35 minutes (35 for glass pans). Bread is done when golden brown and sounds hollow when knocked on.
- 6Pull from pans and let cool on cooling rack.
