Directions
- 1Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, lemon peel, and poppy seeds.
- 2Melt the butter and let it cool. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
- 3Combine the two mixture. Make sure there are no lumps.

- 5Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until the tops spring back when lightly touched.
