  1. 1Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and slice thinly. Soak the mushrooms in water with lemon juice for 20 minutes.
  2. 2Put the olive oil in the pot. Add the mushrooms. When it starts to brown, add almond flour then stir. Add the cold milk and continue mixing. Slowly pour the chicken broth.
  3. 3When the soup starts to boil, season with salt and pepper as desired. Boil for 5 minutes on low heat.
