Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground golden flaxseed mealNutrition
- 2 tsp baking powderNutrition
- 1 cup almond meal flourNutrition
- 1/2 cup protein powderNutrition
- 2/3 tbsp dry yeastNutrition
- 2 tbsps heavy creamNutrition
- 5 large eggsNutrition
- 8 oz cream cheeseNutrition
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheeseNutrition
- 2 tsps vinegarNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Soften cream cheese in microwave for 20 seconds. Add yeast, cream, vinegar and 2 tablespoons warm water and mix.
- 3Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
- 4Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
- 5Add the cheese and mix. Scoop into muffin pan.
- 6Bake for 15 minutes.
