  1. 1To make the salad, layer the tuna, avocados, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, celery and romaine lettuce, in a bowl.
  2. 2Separately to make the dressing mix the olive oil, fresh lime juice, finely chopped garlic and pepper.
  3. 3Mix salad and dressing well together.
