Directions
- 1In non-stick pan, cook kielbasa until done.
- 2Add onion, pepper and celery, cook until onion is tender. Add blackeye peas, undrained.
- 3Stir in Sazon packet. Add a little salt, pepper and/or hot sauce if you like.
- 4Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- 5Serve over brown rice.
- 6Note: based on a recipe from the back of a Goya can.
