  1. 1Combine everything except the sour cream and cheese into a large pot.
  2. 2Simmer on low heat for approximately 20-30 minutes or until onions are tender.
  3. 3Stir occasionally and season with extra chili powder, oregano and basil if desired.
  4. 4Top with a sprinkle of cheese and spoonful of fat free sour cream.
  5. 5Serve with a side salad and enjoy!
