- 1Put two sage leaves on top of each of the four chicken breasts.
- 2Wrap the parma ham around the chicken breasts and secure it with a wooden cocktail stick.
- 3Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and brown the chicken on both sides.
- 4Pour over the vegetable pasta sauce, cover, and simmer for about 25 minutes until cooked.
- 5Serve with cooked new potatoes, baby corn, and sugar snap peas.
