Feta and Spinach Dip

Tasty dip to have with pita chips.

  1. 1Place spinach in a small saucepan with 2 cups of water.
  2. 2Bring to a boil over high heat and then cook for 1 minute - drain well.
  3. 3Place spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, feta cheese, 2 tablespoons of chives, lemon juice and pepper in a blender; puree.
  4. 4Taste dip and add salt if desired.
  5. 5Spoon dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle with remaining tablespoon of chives.
  6. 6Note: based on recipe from Weight Watchers.
