Ingredients
- 2 scoops super advanced whey protein - vanillaNutrition
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 2 cups quick oatsNutrition
- 150 g 0% plain greek yogurtNutrition
- 1 snack size applesauce unsweetenedNutrition
- 1 medium honeycrisp appleNutrition
- 10 tsps cinnamonNutrition
- 5 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)Nutrition
- 3/4 cup honeyNutrition
Directions
- 1Whisk together applesauce, eggs, yogurt, and honey.
- 2Blend dry ingredients. Stir into wet ingredients
- 3Wash and chop apple. Add to mixture.
- 4Scoop 1/4 cup into each section of cupcake pan.
- 5Bake at 400°F for 13-15 minutes. Perform toothpick test. Let it cool and serve.
