Ingredients
- 2 tsps pure vanilla extractNutrition

Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Mix dry ingredients together, making a well in the center.
- 2Stir honey, oil, orange juice, eggs, and vanilla together.
- 3Add honey mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well to combine.
- 4Add carrots and raisins.
- 5Spoon batter into muffin cups 2/3 full.
- 6Bake for 20 minutes. Perform toothpick test. Let it cool then serve.
