  1. 1Grate Monterrey Jack cheese or another cheese you like.
  2. 2Cut up precooked chicken into smaller pieces and microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. 3Place whole wheat tortillas on flat pan.
  4. 4Spread a tablespoon of BBQ sauce onto tortilla.
  5. 5Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese onto tortilla.
  6. 6Arrange chicken evenly onto tortilla.
  7. 7Sprinkle remaining cheese onto tortilla and top with other tortilla.
  8. 8Flip when slightly brown, cut into quarters with pizza cutter, and serve!
