- 1Grate Monterrey Jack cheese or another cheese you like.
- 2Cut up precooked chicken into smaller pieces and microwave for 30 seconds.
- 3Place whole wheat tortillas on flat pan.
- 4Spread a tablespoon of BBQ sauce onto tortilla.
- 5Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese onto tortilla.
- 6Arrange chicken evenly onto tortilla.
- 7Sprinkle remaining cheese onto tortilla and top with other tortilla.
- 8Flip when slightly brown, cut into quarters with pizza cutter, and serve!
