BBQ Pulled Pork
BBQ flavored pulled pork that is yummy over rice or in a bun - especially a freshly cooked one.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsps chili powderNutrition
- 1 tsp pepperNutrition
- 4 tsp mustardNutrition
- 2 tsps saltNutrition
- 1/2 cup white vinegarNutrition
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauceNutrition
- 0.12 cup lemon juiceNutrition
- 3 cloves garlic crushedNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 small onion choppedNutrition
- 2 cups ketchupNutrition
- 1 cup brown sugarNutrition
- 2 1/2 lbs boneless pork roastNutrition
Directions
- 1Cover roast with water.
- 2Add onion, garlic and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
- 3Remove meat and shred with fork, removing any fat. Place meat in a 9 x 13" pan.
- 4Combine and simmer last 9 ingredients for 30 minutes.
- 5Pour over meat and bake, covered for 45 minutes at 375 °F (190 °C).
