  1. 1Mix together sour cream, milk and italian seasoning into a bowl. Put bread crumbs into another bowl.
  2. 2Drizzle olive oil onto a large baking sheet.
  3. 3Dip chicken into milk mixture first, then into crumb mixture, and place on oiled baking sheet.
  4. 4Bake 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
