Ingredients
- 15 g organic raw walnut halves and piecesNutrition
- 1/3 cup organic dried cranberriesNutrition
- 1/4 cup dried bing cherriesNutrition
- 1 cup natural unsweetened apple sauceNutrition
- 2 cups uncooked rolled oats - gluten freeNutrition
- 4 tbsps raw unfiltered honeyNutrition
- 3 tsps cinnamonNutrition
- 3 tsps vanilla extractNutrition
- 2 1/2 medium bananasNutrition
- 2 tbsps ground flaxseed seedsNutrition
Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven at 350°F. In a bowl, mash bananas then add apple sauce and honey.
- 2Gradually add remaining ingredients. Mix to incorporate.
- 3Scoop mixture onto lined baking sheet and cook for 20 - 30 minutes. Let cool then serve or store in an airtight container.
