  1. 1In large saucepan, heat onion with a little olive oil until tender.
  2. 2Stir in beans, tomatoes and bouillon. Bring to boil.
  3. 3Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4Note: if you are allowed meat, this recipe works very well with chicken added.
