Ingredients
- 1 tbsp corn starchNutrition
- 1 tbsp olive oilNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups beef stockNutrition
- 2 tbsps soy sauceNutrition
- 1 tbsp gingerNutrition
- 1 cup asparagus, choppedNutrition
- 2 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1 cup portabella mushrooms, dicedNutrition
- 1/2 medium sweet red pepper, choppedNutrition
- 1 lb lean beef top sirloinNutrition
Directions
- 1Slice beef into strips.
- 2Mix broth, corn starch, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl and set aside.
- 3In nonstick skillet add olive oil and garlic cook for 2-3 minutes. Add beef and brown until done.
- 4Add vegetables and cook until tender.
- 5Pour sauce mixture over meat and vegetables, simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce reaches desired consistency.
