  1. 1Slice beef into strips.
  2. 2Mix broth, corn starch, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl and set aside.
  3. 3In nonstick skillet add olive oil and garlic cook for 2-3 minutes. Add beef and brown until done.
  4. 4Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. 5Pour sauce mixture over meat and vegetables, simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce reaches desired consistency.
