  1. 1Bring the water to a boil. Add chicken base and drop in the chicken breasts. Cook for about 5 minutes until chicken is mostly done.
  2. 2Add mixed vegetables and toss in the basil leaves and parsley. After a few minutes the vegetables will be almost done.
  3. 3Add the tortellini. After a few minutes the tortellini will be cooked.
  4. 4Add salt to your liking and other seasonings as you prefer.
