- 1Preheat oven to 325 °F (165 °C) and grease cake pan.
- 2Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
- 3In a separate bowl beat eggs, oil and vanilla together.
- 4Pour wet mix into dry mix and combine. Stir in shredded zucchini.
- 5Pour mix into greased pan.
- 6Bake for 35 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean when poked in the center of the cake.
