  1. 1Preheat oven to 325 °F (165 °C) and grease cake pan.
  2. 2Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
  3. 3In a separate bowl beat eggs, oil and vanilla together.
  4. 4Pour wet mix into dry mix and combine. Stir in shredded zucchini.
  5. 5Pour mix into greased pan.
  6. 6Bake for 35 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean when poked in the center of the cake.
