- 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- 2Clean and cut the stems off portabella mushroom caps.
- 3Wash spinach. Fill the inside of the mushroom caps with the spinach.
- 4Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the mushrooms.
- 5Sprinkle the powdered garlic and seasoning salt.
- 6Place filled mushroom caps onto a baking sheet. Cook for 12 to 16 minutes or until cheese is melted.
