  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. 2Clean and cut the stems off portabella mushroom caps.
  3. 3Wash spinach. Fill the inside of the mushroom caps with the spinach.
  4. 4Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the mushrooms.
  5. 5Sprinkle the powdered garlic and seasoning salt.
  6. 6Place filled mushroom caps onto a baking sheet. Cook for 12 to 16 minutes or until cheese is melted.
