Directions
- 1Take turkey and make 4 1/4 pound burgers and either grill them or fry in pan.
- 2Take 4 portabella heads and bake them or grill them until tender.
- 3Make salad with the vegetables, toss in olive oil and vinegar.
- 4Put burgers on top of mushroom heads and add a slice of cheese on top. put back into oven until cheese is melted.
- 5Take out of oven and put on to plates.
- 6Add salad to the top of the burgers.
- 7Serve and enjoy.
