  1. 1Take turkey and make 4 1/4 pound burgers and either grill them or fry in pan.
  2. 2Take 4 portabella heads and bake them or grill them until tender.
  3. 3Make salad with the vegetables, toss in olive oil and vinegar.
  4. 4Put burgers on top of mushroom heads and add a slice of cheese on top. put back into oven until cheese is melted.
  5. 5Take out of oven and put on to plates.
  6. 6Add salad to the top of the burgers.
  7. 7Serve and enjoy.
