Nut Meal Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp sea saltNutrition
- 6 tbsps sweetenerNutrition
- 3/4 cup almond mealNutrition
- 6 tbsps extra virgin coconut oil, meltedNutrition
- 1 cup coconut milkNutrition
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 2 tsps vanilla extractNutrition
- 2 tsps baking powderNutrition
- 2 tsps baking sodaNutrition
- 1 cup hazelnut mealNutrition
- 8 tsps cocoa powderNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and place oven rack to middle position. Butter a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
- 2In medium bowl mix together dry ingredients. Set aside.
- 3In a small bowl whisk eggs, then add coconut milk, sweetener, coconut oil, vanilla extract and whisk until blended.
- 4Add wet mixture to dry mixture and whisk well.
- 5Pour batter into prepared pan (batter will be thinner consistency than conventional brownies).
- 6Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
- 7Note: if desired sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of batter before placing in the oven.
