- 1Cut up the florets, peel the stems and chop. Steam all broccoli for 5-9 minutes.
- 2Flash cool broccoli in ice water until chilled.
- 3In a small bowl mix the other ingredients adding herbs and spices to taste. dill, celery seeds and onion powder are good. Thin mixture with rice wine vinegar.
- 4When broccoli is chilled mix in bowl with dressing adding cranberries and almonds.
- 5Serve chilled.
