  1. 1Cut up the florets, peel the stems and chop. Steam all broccoli for 5-9 minutes.
  2. 2Flash cool broccoli in ice water until chilled.
  3. 3In a small bowl mix the other ingredients adding herbs and spices to taste. dill, celery seeds and onion powder are good. Thin mixture with rice wine vinegar.
  4. 4When broccoli is chilled mix in bowl with dressing adding cranberries and almonds.
  5. 5Serve chilled.
