Directions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2Add all vegetables and sauté until slightly softened.
  3. 3Add steak and cook over medium heat until meat browned.
  4. 4Whisk eggs in separate bowl and pour over vegetables and meat.
  5. 5Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6Cook all together until eggs cooked.
  7. 7You can also top with low fat cheese if you'd like.
