  1. 1Trim fat off pork chops.
  2. 2Combine pecans and parmesan cheese.
  3. 3Dip chops in egg whites.
  4. 4Roll in pecan cheese mix.
  5. 5Place on sprayed 9x13" pan.
  6. 6Lightly place tin foil over chops.
  7. 7Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 35 minutes.
  8. 8Remove foil and bake 5-10 minutes more. Serve.
