- 1Trim fat off pork chops.
- 2Combine pecans and parmesan cheese.
- 3Dip chops in egg whites.
- 4Roll in pecan cheese mix.
- 5Place on sprayed 9x13" pan.
- 6Lightly place tin foil over chops.
- 7Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 35 minutes.
- 8Remove foil and bake 5-10 minutes more. Serve.
