- 1Slice potatoes 1/4" thick. Over medium heat, spray 2-3 seconds of cooking spray and add potatoes.
- 2Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3Stir the soup, milk, garlic powder, broccoli and chicken into the skillet. Sprinkle with cheese.
- 4Heat to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
- 5Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
