  1. 1Cook beef in hot oil in a large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat for 2 minutes or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Remove meat from skillet; set aside.
  2. 2Add tomatoes, beef broth, garlic, and basil leaves to skillet. Bring to boil.
  3. 3Stir in rice; return to boil.
  4. 4Stir in beef; top with cheese. Cover.
  5. 5Simmer on medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
