- 1Combine crab meat (imitation works well with this as well) and light mayonnaise.
- 2Add dill and black pepper (use less or more as desired).
- 3Hollow out a large (like a Beefsteak) tomato and add mixture to it.
- 4Serve on a bed of lettuce.
