Directions
- 1Place shrimp in a strainer and run cold water on them for 5-7 minutes.
- 2Heat up the olive oil and minced garlic in a pan for about a minute. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- 3Add the shrimp and stir fry until it all turns orange in color.
- 4Add the grape tomatoes, basil, ketchup and salt.
- 5Stir fry until all ingredients are mixed well with the shrimp.
- 6Cover and simmer until shrimp shells are transparent in color.
- 7Serve hot with brown rice or just as is.
