Garlic Shrimp with Tomatoes & Basil

  1. 1Place shrimp in a strainer and run cold water on them for 5-7 minutes.
  2. 2Heat up the olive oil and minced garlic in a pan for about a minute. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  3. 3Add the shrimp and stir fry until it all turns orange in color.
  4. 4Add the grape tomatoes, basil, ketchup and salt.
  5. 5Stir fry until all ingredients are mixed well with the shrimp.
  6. 6Cover and simmer until shrimp shells are transparent in color.
  7. 7Serve hot with brown rice or just as is.
