Directions
- 1Heat oil and butter in pan over medium heat.
- 2Add garlic and chili stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- 3Add parsley, lemon rind, and salt and pepper and combine.
- 4Add prawns - heat through (don't leave them in too long otherwise they become rubbery).
- 5Squeeze some lemon juice over the prawns.
- 6Serve with salad and enjoy.
