  1. 1Heat oil and butter in pan over medium heat.
  2. 2Add garlic and chili stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3Add parsley, lemon rind, and salt and pepper and combine.
  4. 4Add prawns - heat through (don't leave them in too long otherwise they become rubbery).
  5. 5Squeeze some lemon juice over the prawns.
  6. 6Serve with salad and enjoy.
