  1. 1Spray or lightly grease a 5X7" baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. 2Chop ham and place on bottom. Grate cheese and use as next layer. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces and place on top of cheese.
  3. 3Smooth the soup over the chicken and cheese. Place in oven.
  4. 4Bake for 60 minutes or until hot and bubbly. You might need to bake it for a bit more time.
  5. 5Serve over noodles, rice or have plain.
