Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gumNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps sambal oelekNutrition
- 2 tsps chicken baseNutrition
- 2 tbsps soy sauceNutrition
- 1 large eggNutrition
- 3 tbsps white wine vinegarNutrition
- 4 oz boneless pork loin, cookedNutrition
- 1 1/2 stir fry mixed vegetablesNutrition
- 3 cups waterNutrition
- 4 oz portabella mushrooms, slicedNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix chicken base with xanthan gum. Add water and soy sauce and mix well.
- 2Add remaining ingredients except for egg. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
- 3In a small bowl, scramble the egg and pour it into the soup while stirring in one direction.
- 4Let simmer for a few minutes more and enjoy.
