Directions

  1. 1Mix chicken base with xanthan gum. Add water and soy sauce and mix well.
  2. 2Add remaining ingredients except for egg. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
  3. 3In a small bowl, scramble the egg and pour it into the soup while stirring in one direction.
  4. 4Let simmer for a few minutes more and enjoy.
