Directions

  1. 1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add peppers and sauté for 1 minute, turn heat down to medium and continue sautéing for 3 minutes.
  3. 3Add garlic and lemon juice sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  4. 4Add spinach. Sauté until all the spinach has wilted.
  5. 5Off heat and stir in feta. Serve immediately.
