Shrimp and Crawfish Medley
A great cajun recipe featuring shrimp and crawfish.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning, to tasteNutrition
- 3 tbsps olive oilNutrition
- 1 tsp tabasco sauce, to tasteNutrition
- 2 stalks large celery, choppedNutrition
- 2 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1/2 medium onion, dicedNutrition
- 2 cups sliced bell peppers (yellow, red, green)Nutrition
- 8 (crawfish)Nutrition
- 8 medium shrimp, peeled and deveinedNutrition
- 14 1/2 oz cocount milk, unsweetnedNutrition
- 2 plum ,seeded and dicedNutrition
Directions
- 1In olive oil, sauté the bell peppers, celery, tomatoes, onions, tabasco sauce, cajun seasoning, garlic the way you prefer.
- 2Cook the shrimp and crawfish in separate skillets. If you have a lot of red juice, reserve.
- 3Add shrimp and crawfish to the vegetable medley and any juices.
- 4Add the cocount milk. Bring to a rapid boil until thick and creamy.
- 5Note: you can cut the amount of crawfish and double the shrimp and vice-versa.
