Directions
- 1Cut the sausages into chunks and add to the pan. Fry in a little oil until cooked through.
- 2Chop up the peppers and add them to the pan. Fry until the peppers have softened.
- 3Rinse the beans and add them to the pan.
- 4Add the tomatoes and cook until heated through. The tomatoes will take on the flavor of the sausage and peppers.
- 5Serve as it is, in a bowl.
