Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups pinto beansNutrition
- 10 tbsps tomato pasteNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups great northern beansNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups cannellini beansNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups dark red kidney beansNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups organic tomato sauceNutrition
- 3 1/4 cups tomato sauceNutrition
- 3 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with onion and green pepperNutrition
- 2 2/3 cups seitanNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups black beansNutrition
- 1 cup yellow onion, choppedNutrition
- 60 oz waterNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine water and canned ingredients in an 8 quart pot.
- 2Crumble in seitan and add onion.
- 3Bring to boil, add desired chili mix or spices.
- 4Simmer for duration, serve hot with cornbread.
