Grandma's rice pudding is surely a family favorite.

- 1Cook rice.
- 2Beat eggs, add sugar to taste, and vanilla. Add scalded milk.
- 3Put a tablespoon of margarine (or butter)into casserole, melt in oven.
- 4Pour in rice and egg mixture. Should be quite soupy.
- 5Add second tablespoon of margarine, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix.
- 6Bake for 20-30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
- 7Serve with a little milk and additional cinnamon/sugar mix if needed.
