  1. 1Cook rice.
  2. 2Beat eggs, add sugar to taste, and vanilla. Add scalded milk.
  3. 3Put a tablespoon of margarine (or butter)into casserole, melt in oven.
  4. 4Pour in rice and egg mixture. Should be quite soupy.
  5. 5Add second tablespoon of margarine, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix.
  6. 6Bake for 20-30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
  7. 7Serve with a little milk and additional cinnamon/sugar mix if needed.
