- 1Cook florets from one whole fresh cauliflower for 2-3 minutes. Drain and let it cool down.
- 2Add chopped red bell pepper, red onion and tomatoes.
- 3Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano and cilantro.
- 4Mix.
- 5Finally, add avocado chunks.
- 6Leave it to cool down in refrigerator.
