  1. 1Cook florets from one whole fresh cauliflower for 2-3 minutes. Drain and let it cool down.
  2. 2Add chopped red bell pepper, red onion and tomatoes.
  3. 3Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano and cilantro.
  4. 4Mix.
  5. 5Finally, add avocado chunks.
  6. 6Leave it to cool down in refrigerator.
