Ingredients
- 1 tsp fajita seasoningNutrition
- 1 tbsp olive oilNutrition
- 3 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breastNutrition
- 2 tbsps tomato salsaNutrition
- 1/2 tsp pepper sauceNutrition
- 1 lime yields lime juiceNutrition
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, shreddedNutrition
- 8 medium tacosNutrition
- 2 tbsps mayonnaise, extra lightNutrition
Directions
- 1Cut the chicken into strips.
- 2Toss the chicken with the fajita seasoning and heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- 3Add the chicken and stir fry for 10 minutes. Add the lime juice.
- 4Fill the taco shells with the chicken, lettuce and salsa and top with the mayonnaise mixed with the pepper sauce.
