Directions

  3. 3Add diced tomatoes and green chilies (like Ro-tel), stewed tomatoes and pinto beans.

  5. 5Combine pasta and beef mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6Optional: top with sour cream or cheddar cheese.
