  1. 1Spray 9" x 13" tin pan with Pam.
  2. 2Place bread in bottom of pan.
  3. 3Sprinkle with cut up sausage, then cheese.
  4. 4Mix eggs, milk and mustard together, pour over casserole.
  5. 5Bake uncovered at 350 °F (175 °C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
