A quick and easy taco salad for lunch or dinner.

  1. 1Brown the ground beef in a large pan. If desired, add 1 packet of taco seasoning.
  2. 2When beef is brown, stir in regular can of pinto beans.
  3. 3Mix shredded lettuce and beef and bean mixture in a large bowl. You can use pre-packaged shredded lettuce.
  4. 4Sprinkle shredded cheese over top of salad.
  5. 5If desired, add salad dressing such as fat free sour cream or chunky salsa.
  6. 6Makes two large salads.
