Beef Taco Salad
A quick and easy taco salad for lunch or dinner.

- 1Brown the ground beef in a large pan. If desired, add 1 packet of taco seasoning.
- 2When beef is brown, stir in regular can of pinto beans.
- 3Mix shredded lettuce and beef and bean mixture in a large bowl. You can use pre-packaged shredded lettuce.
- 4Sprinkle shredded cheese over top of salad.
- 5If desired, add salad dressing such as fat free sour cream or chunky salsa.
- 6Makes two large salads.
