- 1Heat cream in a small saucepan until in begins to boil.
- 2Add parmesan cheese to cream and continue to stir until it's melted.
- 3Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Note: this tastes great with my Egg Crepes and Ground Beef Filling.
