  1. 1Thaw whipped topping (like Cool Whip lite) and let cream cheese soften.
  2. 2Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. 3Fold in whipped topping with a spatula until mixed well.
  4. 4Place in pie crust and smooth top.
  5. 5Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  6. 6Note: you can drizzle some fat free caramel on top, if you like.
