Directions

  1. 1Mix seasoning with the ground meat.
  2. 2Form into a loaf; it should feel firm enough to hold together.
  3. 3Spray a loaf pan with butter flavored cooking spray.
  4. 4Add the meat loaf and sprinkle with additional garlic and pepper.
  5. 5Cover pan with foil and place in a 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 20 minutes.
  6. 6Check meat, uncover and cook to 160 °F (70 °C).
  7. 7Allow to cool slightly then slice half inch slices.
  8. 8Note: four slices are good for dinner, the rest for lunch another day.
