Ingredients
- 3 tsps garlicNutrition
- 1 tbsp oyster sauceNutrition
- 1/2 package baked tofu (2 oz)Nutrition
- 2 cups cooked brown riceNutrition
- 1/4 cup egg substituteNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oilNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp grapeseed oilNutrition
- 2 tbsps teriyaki sauceNutrition
- 1 tbsp light soy sauceNutrition
- 2 1/2 oz cabbageNutrition
- 1 1/2 oz carrotsNutrition
- 1 3/4 oz onionsNutrition
Directions
- 1Heat skillet; put oil in pan.
- 2Sauté vegetables, tofu and garlic until soft.
- 3Add sauces and stir until well coated.
- 4Add cold cooked rice.
- 5Stir-fry until heated through, then serve.
